Rules of the provision of services and stay

Dear Guests,

Although health and concern for your safety has always been our priority, we do our best to make your stay unique and your need for rest as satisfying as possible.

Marina Nawigator takes measures in accordance with the recommendations and guidelines of the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate, Ministry of Health and WHO during the operation of the facility to minimise any potential transmission of Covid-19 and to ensure the comfort and best well-being of all visitors, guests and team members in relation to the coronavirus.

Our team takes the situation extremely seriously and we have implemented best practice in service delivery.

We are reviewing official recommendations from the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate, Ministry of Health, as well as from the World Health Organization (WHO) on a daily basis.

We kindly ask you to review the following recommendations implemented at the resort. All employees of the resort follow these procedures.

PRECAUTIONS AT NAWIGATOR MARINA

Hand disinfection points are organised throughout the BUILDING for both Guests and our staff. Please use the disinfecting liquid each time.

We have kept the check-in procedure to a minimum, however, for our common good, we ask you to make a declaration of health in the absence of potential symptoms of a COVID-9 infection.

For your convenience we have introduced the possibility of check-in via the Messenger application. To do so, find the contact "Marina Nawigator Complex" in the Messenger app and start writing to us. Follow the messages displayed. You can cancel the check-in option via Messenger and check-in at the reception desk at any time.

We have increased the frequency of airing the facility, cleaning common areas, as well as high risk items and elements, i.e. handles, handrails, countertops, lift buttons.

In rooms we additionally disinfect bathroom fittings, showers and toilets. We also specially disinfect air conditioning panels, remote controls, lighting buttons, countertops and tables, as well as cabinet handles.

Please be informed that for hygienic reasons and in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Development we do not provide cleaning service during the stays. On special request, for stays longer than 3 nights, after telephone arrangement with the reception, the cleaning staff will provide this service. For this purpose the absence of the Guest in the room for at least 4 hours is required.

Should there be a need to change towels, empty waste bins or replenish toiletries, please contact our reception desk.

Only accommodated persons are allowed in the hotel rooms.

The use of hairdryers in the bathrooms is prohibited.

Please keep a distance of about 2 metres from other Guests and staff.

We kindly request that only persons accommodated in the same room use the lift at the same time.

GUIDELINES FOR PEOPLE WHO SUSPECT THEY HAVE COVID-19

Potential symptoms:

a. fever

b. shortness of breath or cough

c. general weakness, muscle aches

d. or other flu-like symptoms

If you experience any of the symptoms listed above, please call reception immediately at 512 965 959 and do not leave your room until further action is determined. If you suspect you have a coronavirus infection, please contact the National Health Fund (NFZ) helpline: 800 190 590.

Our team does everything possible to ensure you have a carefree stay. Should you have any concerns or questions, please contact our reception desk who will do their best to take care of you and dispel any doubts.

RULES OF THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND STAY IN NAWIGATOR MARINA

THE COMPLETION OF A RESERVATION AT NAWIGATOR MARINA SIGNIFIES THAT THE PERSON MAKING THE RESERVATION HAS READ THE PRESENT RULES GOVERNING THE PROVISION OF SERVICES BY NAWIGATOR MARINA AND IS OBLIGED TO COMPLY WITH THE OBLIGATIONS STIPULATED BY THESE RULES, BOTH FOR THE PERSON MAKING THE RESERVATION AND FOR THE PERSON WHO WILL CHECK IN/ACCEPT A KEY TO APARTMENT IN NAWIGATOR MARINA.

§1. We accept reservations online, by telephone or by e-mail. A reservation is a preliminary one until it is confirmed and the deposit is paid. Confirmation is sent once the deposit has been received in our account. In case of online booking and payment of deposit through online payment, the booking confirmation is sent after Marina Nawigator has received notification that the deposit has been paid via the online payment system. §2. Payment conditions: Online booking is possible only with simultaneous payment of a deposit in the amount specified in the terms and conditions of the respective offer (partly refundable or non-refundable offer). In case of phone or e-mail reservations, the deposit will be specified in the message sent by the reception of the resort and shall be paid within 2 days of sending the initial reservation in cash, by postal order or by bank transfer to the account: 82 1140 2004 0000 3202 7837 7343. If you wish to receive an invoice, please provide your invoice details when making your reservation.

§3. The remaining part of the price for the stay is to be paid by the person making the reservation (further the Customer or Guest) in cash/payment card when handing over the accommodation. Should the Customer cancel the arrival, the deposit paid is not refundable. In case of late arrival or early departure no discounts will be given. The Guest is obliged to pay for their stay and that of the persons accommodated together as well as for all ordered or used services and goods at the latest upon check-out.

§4. Failure of the Customer to turn up on the day on which, according to the booking confirmation, the Customer's stay was supposed to start is understood as non-performance of the contract by the Customer and cancellation of the Customer's stay. In this case, Nawigator Marina will be entitled to retain the amount received.

§5. Failure to make the first payment within the period indicated in § 2 above means cancellation of the stay.

§6. The price for the apartment is given taking into account the number of persons indicated in the confirmation of the reservation. If nothing else is specified in the booking confirmation, the price for the apartment is specified for a two-person stay. Should fewer persons stay, the price will not be reduced, unless agreed with the resort and confirmed in the booking conditions. In case of a stay of more than two persons, an additional fee will be charged. Each additional person over 2 years of age will be charged an extra fee as specified in the booking confirmation. In some apartments it is possible to sleep on an extra bed or a sofa bed. A fee is charged for the stay of each additional person in the apartment. Children under 3 years of age are welcome free of charge.

§7. The Customer is obliged to pay additional fee for each day of stay in the amount determined by the current resolution of the Mikołajki Municipal Council.

§8. Upon check-in the Customer must present the confirmation of the prepayment, fill in the residence card and pay the remaining amount for the stay. Payments are accepted in cash or by credit card. A list of accepted credit cards is available at www.marinanawigator.pl. If you wish to receive an invoice, please provide your invoice details when making your reservation.

§9. Check-in starts at 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 11:00 am on the day of departure. Extension of a hotel night is possible after agreeing it with the reception.

§10. Persons who are not checked in at Marina Nawigator may stay in the apartment only between 9:00 and 10:00 am. Guests are not allowed to hand over the apartment, without prior registration of a third party at the reception, even if the period for which the payment has been made has not expired.

§11. After checking in, the Guest should familiarize themselves with the equipment of the apartment and keep it intact. In case of noticing any damage, the Guest should immediately report it to the reception. In case of lack of information and finding the damage by the resort's team, the Guest will be held financially responsible for the damage.

§12. Every time the Guest leaves the apartment, they are obliged to check if the front door is locked and close all windows, terrace and balcony doors. Marina Nawigator is not responsible for theft or damage caused by leaving windows, front doors or balcony/terrace doors open.

§13. The Customer is responsible for any damage to the Marina Nawigator's property caused by the Customer, persons for whom they are responsible (e.g. children under care), visitors and, in case of a stay with a dog, also for damage caused by the dog.

§14. Quiet hours in the resort are from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am. Guests' behaviour should not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests. Marina Nawigator may refuse to provide further services to a person who violates this rule.

§15. Cleaning of the apartments and towel change is carried out at least twice a week. Bed linen is changed once every 7 days of stay. Additional or more frequent change of bed linen on request costs 80 PLN/set. Towels and bed linen are not to be used for cleaning shoes, pram wheels, etc. Soiling of towels or bed linen by their non-standard use will result in a fee of 50 PLN/small towel, 100 PLN/big towel, 200 PLN/set of bed linen.

§16. We accept small dogs in the apartments for an additional fee in the amount specified when confirming the reservation and upon prior arrangement with the reception. The fee for a dog is 150 PLN/day. The owner of the animal is obliged to keep it in such a way so that it does not pose any threat to other Guests, personnel or animals staying in the resort, as well as so that it does not disturb the peace and comfort of other people. It is strictly forbidden to walk a dog to satisfy physiological needs in the premises of the resort. For this purpose, please walk your dog to the nearby forest. The Guest is obliged to remove any waste left by the animal on the premises of Marina Nawigator. It is unacceptable to use hotel towels and bed linen for dogs, to have animals on beds or sofas and to relieve themselves in the rooms. Should this prohibition be violated, Marina Nawigator has the right to charge the Guest with an additional fee of 500 PLN. The owner of a dog is obliged to have their own bed for the animal. For safety reasons, rooms with animals present are cleaned only when their owner is present or when the dog is not in the room. Please do not bring dogs into the catering, spa or wellness areas.

§17. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments. Should this prohibition be violated, Marina Nawigator has the right to charge the Guest/ person making the reservation a contractual penalty of 1,000 PLN for each identified violation of the prohibition.

§18. Balcony windows. Most apartments have balconies or terraces. Due to their construction, children are allowed to use them only under adult supervision.

§19. Nawigator Marina has a playground for children over 3 years old. The playground may be used by children only under adult supervision. Carers are responsible for the safety of children on the playground.

§20. Parking: Parking is charged extra - 20 PLN per day.

§21. Marina Nawigator is not responsible for the loss of or damage to money, securities, valuables, other things and valuables (laptops, cameras, etc.) or objects of scientific or artistic value. Nawigator Marina does not have the capacity to store such items.

§22. Items left by the Guest after departure will be sent back to the address indicated by the Guest - at his/her expense. In the absence of such an instruction, the items left will be stored for one month. After that period they will be disposed of.

§23. Any disputable matters will be settled by a court having jurisdiction over the place where the service is provided (Jora Wielka).
