  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the Marina Nawigator website (hereinafter referred to as the Website).

The administrator of personal data contained on the Website is MARINA NAWIGATOR KRAWCZYK- NASIŁOWSKA Spółka Komandytowa with its registered office in Jora Wielka, address: Jora Wielka 55, 11-730 Mikołajki, entered into the register of entrepreneurs, under KRS number 0001029955, REGON: 524979917, NIP: 7422285922.

In order to ensure the security of the entrusted personal data, the Administrator operates based on internal procedures and recommendations, in accordance with the relevant legal acts regarding the protection of personal data, in particular the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 EC.
  4. The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that personal data are:
    • processed lawfully;
    • collected for specified, lawful purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with these purposes;
    • substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;
    • stored in a form enabling identification of data subjects for no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing;
  5. Personal data are processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the Website users and in cases where the provisions of applicable law authorize the Administrator to process personal data.
  6. The Administrator processes personal data voluntarily provided by users of the Website only for the purpose of:
    • responding to user inquiries submitted using the contact form,
    • accepting a reservation using the online reservation system,
    • implementation of services provided by the Administrator pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter b) GDPR,
    • marketing, including sending commercial information to an e-mail address, if the Customer has consented to it, by checking the appropriate box in the booking process or submitting an inquiry via the contact form. Consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes and sending commercial information may be withdrawn by clicking the appropriate link in the received message or sending such a notification to the Administrator’s e-mail address,
    • implementation of the legitimate interest of the Personal Data Administrator in special cases pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 letter f) GDPR, e.g. debt collection or video monitoring of traffic within the Facility.
  7. The recipients of personal data may be bodies, institutions and entities authorized under the law, as well as entities providing services to the Data Administrator (e.g. legal, IT, marketing, accounting services and other entities participating in the implementation of the ordered service.
  8. The administrator may use automated decision-making, including profiling, for marketing purposes and to adapt the offer.
  9. The data processed by the Administrator can be viewed by the Website user who provided them. The user also has the right to modify this data, request its deletion and limit or stop the processing of his or her personal data at any time. At any time, the user may also request the removal of his or her personal data from the website. The right to transfer data does not apply because no standard has been established for the exchange of such data between hotel facilities.
  10. The Website User has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

  12. Each website user may submit a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Office.
  13. The administrator performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following way:
    • by voluntarily entering information in forms,
